Minimum Salary and Wage Surcharges in 2026
The Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak
Republic published Notice No. 245/2025, setting the following
for the year 2026:
The minimum monthly salary will be set at EUR 915.
The minimum hourly wage for every hour worked by the
employee will be set at EUR 5,259 (in case of a regular 40
hour work week). This will apply also for those who work on
the basis of agreements on work performed outside the
employment relationship.
